MY NAME IS MARKUS BALTZER
I had the privilege of a fantastic international career which allowed me to take leadership positions early on, and to grow all the way to become CEO for Central Eastern Europe for a big German corporation. I learnt to understand inter-cultural behaviors, the importance of psychological safety, what motivation means and how it can be stimulated - and of course what success is truly about.
Very early I recognized that what gave me most satisfaction was working with people and teams, helping them to sort out their situation and grow to the highest level of their likes and capacities.
Having come to an end of corporate life, I now dedicate my-self fully to people and team development as a Coach and Consultant.

If there is anything I am convinced about, it is that the only constant in life is change. Our environment, our society, technology, our businesses, partnerships etc. evolve – and so do we, permanently.
Typically, we love stability – at least a stable way forward. Reality is, that this is unlikely to happen. There will always be interferences of different magnitudes. The earlier we accept this and the better we prepare ourselves, the easier we will be able to overcome the challenges of change.
